Operated Vehicle) which reveals the amazing variety of marine life in Shetland's
clear waters.

operates the 38 feet long MV Cyfish and takes trips to some of Shetland's
smaller islands. Operating from the Muckle Yard next to the old Scalloway Fish
Market, she currently goes to Foula and the islands West of Scalloway (Hildasay,
Oxna, Papa and South Havra).

you are planning a diving holiday, why not explore the sparkling clear,
pollution-free waters of Shetland. Selkie Charters can launch their 5.5
metre rigid-hulled inflatable boats from any of the slipways (and some of the
beaches) around the coast to be at the site of your choice with the minimum
delay. Each boat is licensed for 6 (although 4 is more comfortable) and carries
VHF radios, GPS, Depthsounders and Oxygen. Our Cox'ns are BS-AC Advanced Divers
and hold Marine Safety Agency Boatmasters Licences.

Boat Trips operate the Solan IV, the latest in the long line of Solan's, she
is the biggest and most advanced vessel of the family. At 11.5 metres long, she
can carry up to 60 persons, double that of her predecessor. Her passenger deck
is open to give the best views, but a canopy can be fitted if the weather is
poor. Solan IV meets the stability requirements of the UK Maritime and
Coastguard Agency for a Class VI passenger vessel and she is equipped to the
highest standards.
